Terms of Use – Sale of Artistic Products
Intellectual Property Notice
All rights to the artistic products remain the exclusive property of Dark Gothic Tattoo LLC, even after purchase. This includes original artworks, commissioned pieces, prints, and any current or future reproductions of any kind. Purchasing any product—original or otherwise—does not grant the buyer the right to create a non-fungible token (NFT) from the item, to make copies, or to reproduce it in any form for profit or other purposes.
Collectors are not permitted to reproduce artistic products in any way without the artist’s express written permission. Sharing photos of purchased items on social media is always welcome and does not violate this clause.
Liability
We are not responsible for products once they are in the buyer’s possession. We do not refund, exchange, replace, or compensate for any damage resulting from improper handling by clients. Examples include fingerprints on white borders, torn art prints, damage to artworks, etc.
In accordance with consumer protection guarantees, compensation is provided only for products that arrive damaged due to postal service issues and/or defective items that were shipped. Each product is inspected multiple times before passing quality control, and only flawless reproductions are packaged for delivery.
Please read product descriptions carefully. We are not responsible for compensating customers who did not review the information provided before purchasing. All prints include borders.
Returns & Refunds
If there is an issue with your order, we will do our best to resolve it. Below are our return policies for each type of product. We honor a 14-day return policy for eligible products. We strive to present accurate color representation in our photographs, but please note that screen settings vary between devices.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received.
Art Prints (variable eligibility)
Prints are delicate. Due to strict hygiene and quality control standards, most products cannot be resold once returned. Only prints that have not been handled and remain in their original packaging may be eligible. If, upon inspection, the returned prints are deemed unsuitable for any reason, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Other return conditions
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for impulse purchases. In accordance with USA consumer protection laws, return shipping costs for items sent back in good faith are not covered by the studio. Only defective products or those covered by consumer warranty will have return shipping costs covered by Dark Gothic Tattoo LLC.
Shipping Policy
The Dark Gothic Tattoo LLC team works diligently to ship your orders as quickly as possible.
Processing times and estimated shipping timelines can be found in each product description.
Please allow 2 to 14 business days for domestic shipments and 10 to 28 business days for international shipments. Note that in some countries, parcels arriving from USA may take an additional 15 days to clear customs.
Occasional shipping delays may occur when artworks go viral on social media. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
International shipping is free.
If you need to update your shipping address, please notify us within 24 hours of purchase. We cannot modify the address once the order has been shipped. Please contact us via the contact page as soon as possible.
Dark Gothic Tattoo LLC is not responsible for undelivered parcels due to incorrect addresses provided by the client. Please ensure that complete and accurate shipping information is provided at checkout. If you request a refund in such cases, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and shipping fees will be recovered by the studio.

Duties & Taxes
The studio operates in East Wenatchee, Washington, United States, and is not responsible for import fees on purchased items. This includes, but is not limited to, commissioned work, original artworks, and merchandise.
Applicable taxes and duties are not included in the order total. These are determined by the customs agency in the destination country. Some countries charge import fees; others do not. Customs authorities will notify the recipient via mail, phone, or email to pay these fees to allow delivery to proceed.
It is the client’s responsibility to pay all duties, VAT, or similar charges.
If you refuse to pay these fees, your parcel will be returned to us. If the product is in its original condition upon return, we will refund the purchase amount minus outbound shipping costs.
All items are declared at purchase value for export. We will not falsify customs documents under any circumstances.
